    CATTLE BREEDING<\/div>\n
    We know the history of all our animals. Our supply chain guarantees complete traceability and total transparency. We are care about their well-being. We ensure veterinary control on their health and the safety of their feed.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Livestock transportation<\/div>\n
    With our fleet of trucks, we are able to load, transport and unload animals in comfortable conditions, taking care about their well-being and preserve the quality of the final product.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Slaughtering<\/div>\n
    Production, in accordance with local veterinary rules, requires that all animals are ready for slaughter only after the ante mortem visit has been completed. During all the process, the staff involved operate according to the food safety standards used in the plant.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Production and distribution<\/div>\n
    \u00abOrenbeef\u00bb produces and sells a complete assortment of chilled, frozen, vacuum packed beef marketed as “Grain Fed”, “Premium” and \u201cNormal\u201d categories, offal, processed by-products, hides, meat and bone meal and fat. Products are then distributed in the HoReCa, retail and wholesale trade channels.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Quality control and food safety<\/div>\n
    \u00abOrenbeef\u00bb guarantees maximum hygiene, safety and quality for every single product sold. Every year we make more than 50.000 laboratory tests.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Packing<\/div>\n
    Products are packaged and shipped. The vacuum packaging preserves longer the organoleptic characteristics of the meat, and this allows the final consumer to fully appreciate the taste of our beef.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
